By Request

I have had a request to start my journal again. It is the perfect time for this as a blizzard rages outside and I have cabin fever. I have a large drift outside of my door and am dreading breaking out the snow shovel. Both dogs had to be pushed out the backdoor to do daily business. Enough about snow and cold.
My world has been busy and starting to go forward. My fuels are finally starting to sell and my process plants are starting to run and sell my fuels. Listening to closings on radio be easer to say what's open rather than what's closed. I will close again today so everyone can dig out.

Quick Potatoe Soup
Peel potatoes, place in water just enough to cover potatoe pieces by 2 inches. Boil until soft add sauteed onion and 1 carrot whole (this is not served only gives flavor). Add wedge of velvetta cheese cook all together for 10 minutes stirring now and again. Needs salt and pepper to taste.

Regards
Tim Lee
